First Lesson

Today was the first hospitality lesson for the year and I was very excited to find out what we would do. Sadly, we didn't cook anything today or go into the kitchen but it was still a great lesson. We did 4 On Guard tests that needed to be completed prior to going into the kitchen. These needeed to be done so that we stayed safe while cooking and didn't get hurt. After that everybody made up a new blog for hospitality. I didn't get to make mine up in that lesson but I made it for homework today. I can't wait until next lesson to see what we will be doing!
