Smoothie

This was the first day in the kitchen for hospitality which was very exciting. We made strawberry and bannana smoothies. We first had to wash our hands for hygiene and put an apron on. Next we set up our cooking area and then got our ingredients and started making them. I was working with Jess. All we needed was strawberrys, frozen bannana, honey, milk, ice and yoghurt and they ended up tasting delicious! We put all of the ingrediants into the blender and in no time at all it was ready. After that we did the washing up and cleaned the area we were working in. This wasn't the best part of the lesson but it had to be done. Overall it was a great hospitality lesson with a great smoothie!
