Fruit Salad

The next lesson we made fruit salad. When we walked into the hospitality room the bench was filled with all kinds of fruit. As usual we put our aprons on and washed our hands before Mrs George told us how to make the fruit salad. I was working with Claire this time and she went up to get our ingredients while I set up. The fruit that I put into my fruit salad was apples, grapes, passion fruit, pineapple, strawberries and some lemon juice. Making fruit salad tested our cutting skills as we had to cut up all the fruit. Once everything was cut up we put it into a conainer. We then did the washing and cleaning up. Once that was finished Mrs George gave everyone an ice-cream for our fruit salad. The fruit salad was very nice.
